Green Peas Potato Puree

Ingredients :
1. Potato - 1 small sized washed and peeled
2. Green Peas- 2 tbsp
3. Water - ½ cup

Preparation :
1. Take the peeled potato and cut them into cubes.
3. Skim the peas from the pod.
4. Put the cubed potatoes and peas to pressure cooker.
5. Add ½ cup of water.
6. Pressure cook it for two whistles in medium flame.
7. Put in a blender for a smooth consistency
8. Add the water which is used for cooking to reach the desired consistency
9. Serve lukewarm and feed with a baby spoon.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
