Cardamom powder Sugar Syrup Preparation: - prepare syrup by dissolving 3 cups of sugar in 3 cups of water.
- Boil and simmer for 10min
- Add little cardamom to the sugar syrup and keep it aside. Jamun preparation: - Take a bowl add half packet of Jamun mix then add milk and mix properly to form a smooth dough.
- Apply oil on both palm & then shape into round and smooth jamun without cracks.
- Deep fry in oil on low heat until it turns golden brown and remove the excess oil and soak the jamun in sugar syrup.
