Farali dosa
Ingredients 1 cup Sama;
1 cup Soaked sabudana
2-3 boil n crush Potatoes
1 cup Curd
2 table spoon Ginger paste
2 -3 crushed Green chillies
Rock salt as per taste
1 pouch Eno
1 cup Coriander leaves

Method
Clean, wash and soak the sanwa millet in enough water in a deep bowl for atleast 2 hours.
• in a mixture add soacked sama , sabudana, curd, potatoes, gingerpaste, green chilli and rock salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and keep aside for fermentation.
• After 2 hours add 1 eno pouch in the better.c
• Now heat a non-stick tava pour the batter on the tava and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
• Smear a little oil along the sides, cook till both the sides of the dosa turns golden brown in colour and fold over to make a semi-circle.
• Serve immediately with green chutney and pomegranate raita.
