Guys, I am thinking to introduce cow's milk in place of formula milk to my daughter. I did introduce cow's milk when she was around 8 months or so but she got loose motions so I stopped using it and continued with formula milk. Now I am thinking how to do it in a right way. Although she eats foods cooked in Buffalo's milk since she started solids. But in bottle she takes only formula milk. Pls tell me how to introduce cow's milk in a correct way. Thanks!

Dear ideally till one year animal milk is not recommend as babies digestive system is weak..but now you can introduce.. diluted one will be better to start and an old upaay is to boil Moti elaichi in milk and give to kids which make it easy to digest..but ask doctor once and try

Hi
But until one you are not supposed to introduce cow's milk. Now you can dilute it half and half then offer to check if there are any allergies.

In the beginning you can dillute it with little water to see if she is able to digest well and then you can start with plain milk... And you can now also start using glass or cups...
