guys my baby s left eye is having tear coming out along with yellioish gel , doctor said to use tobaren eye drop for every 6 hrs .it ll stop for sometime and starts again... wat can be the reason... is anyone has face this ,?pls answer

thank you baby chakra. I have already discussed many times , doc says it's normal coming tear from eye and as well that yellowiah gel Lil bit is okay ... em thinking to take my baby to eye specialist...
