Today is Solar Eclipse. It's a unique one as after 99 yrs , US will have complete Eclipse. As from India it's not visible, it won't be applicable to India. So there is no "Sutak Kaal" or any such things. There is always exception that Kids, Old and Sick need not follow ( even if it's Eclipse). Pregnant ladies have lot of restrictions. But no need to worry. Only when Eclipse is visible, then you need to follow certain things. People who follow spiritual practice can chant mantras, as it's believed to give results in more effective way.
