Hair fall and hair breakage are common complaints sent across by most women. Trying several different oils, and treatments do not always help, but what does help is going back to the basics.
By this, I mean using traditional home remedies to improve your hair strength and nourish them to reduce hair fall and breakage.
One of the most common remedies is oiling your hair. Using natural oils like coconut, almond or onion oil works great with hair strengthening as well as promotes hair growth.
An addition of fenugreek powder or fenugreek seeds to warm oil is also beneficial. The nutrients in fenugreek promote hair growth as well as the anti-fungal property prevents scalp damage.
When using the oil therapy make sure you do it twice a week.
Lastly, to nourish your hair, aloe vera is a superb option when mixed with a few drops of castor oil. Applying this mixture for 20-30 mins on your scalp and hair nourishes the scalp as well as improves the hair texture and shine.
Advice: You can try these remedies even when you aren’t having these problems to maintain healthy hair. #hairfall#hairfallsolution#hairfallremedies#seemasays

Yes, oiling once a week is good. If one is experiencing dandruff, then mixing fenugreek powder in warm oil works well for them.

Is oiling advised if the hair fall is mainly due to dandruff?
