Freedom has new a definition for me being a new Mom ,Freedom to Concentrate on whatever I am currently into without being worried about my little ones whereabouts specially Food 🙄🤔😂🙏 How Independent ,Mom's Lives would be if Vegetables were Cherished and consumed happily by our little ones in a similar way to Ice-Creams and Candies 😂🤔 . On this Note ,I am sharing a quick Tip to help consume your Clever Toddlers more of Vegetables 👇👇👇 👇 🌸Most of the vegetables can be boiled ,mashed and kneaded (much without water ) along with Wheat Flour to make Healthy and Tasty Vegetable Parathas for Your kiddos .I have experimented with Green Beans ,Leftover Brinjal vegetable (Mash it nicely and knead with Wheat Flour ), Spinach,Capsicum and Beetroot .Just cook these Vegetable Parathas in a Ghee and your one pot healthysome dish is ready ❤You can serve these Parathas either with homemade Curd or organic Tomato sauce.
