Happy international Yoga day to all. Having a life so busy and full of commitments . Let’s just take a few minutes and concentrate on our #health . Maybe as less as 15 mins a day ! A pair of track and good music and a mat . That’s all you need . Eating healthy is no doubt the first step towards being #fit a step ahead will never hurt get on that mat . I have started doing it on my own and the change I see is tremendous. I am not exaggerating but a relief that you are into your self and a positive outlook is very natural after a 15 minute session. Put on any video of your choice and just do it , match their steps and voila ! I do it with Ina she enjoys it. Do not look for results wait, enjoy, that stubborn piece of fat will disappear, someday. Be positive you are just into the process of it, judge your body and increase your time gradually.
