Yesterday we did Mahashivratri. I was fasting the whole day. But since I am #breastfeeding my baby so I chose not to go without food all day. That would effect my baby's nutrition.
So since morning I was taking enough water. Then after Pooja in afternoon, I made a quick and milkshake to full myself. I needed energy also to take care of #Hridaan .
I mixed dry fruits, some fruits like banana, strawberry, apple and blended them all together and added some jaggery powder for sweetness. 1.5glasses and I was prepared for the day.
