Great moms remember to put their oxygen masks on first so they can breathe easier while helping everyone else in to getting their oxygen masks too.
Otherwise, you might collapse and pass out. And that would be bad :) We hear everyone telling to take care ourselves as moms, but its not always that simple.
There’s only so much time in the day and so much money in the bank. We all need a strategy so we can have a moment to breathe. It all starts with a routine, we should have a basic framework so we can use our brains in something else. Components of good routine that i put out form myself.
* morning wake up time
* nap times
* meal planner
* bedtime routine By keeping a solid routine you can predict how things will go, you can plan your outings accordingly, kids will cooperate more, and this will save you from running around frazzled when you have 60 sec to get out of that door.
(There is always a hope at the end of the day and it always gets better with another new day..) :)
