Curd Raita

Ingredients
Curd 1 cup

Veggie 1/2 cup (cucumber carrot onion tomato ) of your choice

Pepper powder 1/2tsp

Salt to taste

Green chilli as per taste

Mint leaves few

Coriander leaves 1/2tsp

Roasted jeera powder 1/2tsp

Water if require


Method

Beat the curd add all ingredients mix well. If too thick add little water serve chill.
This raita help to improve digestion but also boost immunity and vegetables in this recipe makes this an anti-oxidant rich dish with high fiber and low in calories.
