Method 👉Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces.
👉Clean wash and Chop methi leaves.
Roughly crush the roasted peanuts.
👉Add oil in a kadai when hot add cumin seeds when splutter add onions cook til turns pink
👉Add methi leaves let it cook for a few min until the leaves start secreting water.
👉Add garlic to it now. Cook until the water drys up
👉Add salt and garam masala and cook for another 2 min
👉Now add the crushed roasted peanuts and cook for another 5 min
👉Serve with hot;chapatti or rice. Enjoy. ... ;
