I promised Priya I'd post our fav poses. After a long day, by the time I came back from zumba, it was past 8pm. I caught hold of #thenineyearold and said, quick, pose for yoga day.
Super enthu as she always is, she said let's do a few! So she did camel pose (that's what they call it in goa schools I think!), snake pose and then declared her fave pose is tree pose!
So I did click, click, click. It was more like a dancing tree pose! And then she asked me to show her my fav pose. So I did. With my eyes closed. I whispered, it's always been shavasana :)

ps: if you are wired like me, shavasana is an excellent way to get some down time!
