Having bad backpain from last 2 days... it's difficult for me to sit at office.... what to do???

take regular breaks in office. if you have more computer work, ask someone to arrange foot rest for you. also select goof cushion chair. you can even use back support for maintaining good posture to relief the pain.

Keep a good back support in office. Keep getting up and walking. Ask your dr if u can start prenatal exercise
