Having belly fat or a flabby belly is annoying. But what’s even more annoying is to tone these muscles as it takes a lot of effort and consistency to get that belly in shape. Control your intake of unhealthy and fatty foods and switching to a healthy diet is where you should start in order to reduce belly fat. in addition to that what more your need is proper hydration and some exercise. Here is one such yoga pose that will help you reduce that stubborn belly fat and tone it.
Cobra pose:

Lie down on your belly with your face down and body extended.
Place your hands underneath your shoulder blades (push up position).
Keep your core muscles engaged (abs).
Gently lift your upper body and focus on stretching your lower back muscles to lift your body higher.
keep your chin slightly up and have a neutral gaze.
Hold the position for 30 seconds.
Slowly return back to the original position.
Repeat it 3-4 times.

Cobra Pose also helps reduce back pain, improve flexibility, and reduce muscle tension.
Note: This exercise shouldn’t be practiced during pregnancy without consulting your doctor. Women practicing this exercise post-childbirth should make sure that they have fully recovered from the delivery and the stitches have healed if any.
