hey jagruti, dont worry i have some tips for you that will help you. try doing some breathing exercises or yoga in the day, this will help you with headaches as well as your sleep. drink plenty of water and other fluids, eat healthy in the day. to boost your mood you can also eat some of your favourite foods in the day in limited quantities. before sleeping you can sip in some non caffinated pepermint tea or read a book .also use lots of pillow to feel comfortable to support your sleep.
