Having pain in left side of abdomen below ribs,its my 34 wk started,i m really worried because of this.can i use ointment for pain?

Hi Humera, before consuming anything I would advise to check with doctor as sometimes heat generating things are not recommended. Pls speak to doctor na to be on safer side

It can be due to gas..take ajwain seeds with black water and gulp it down with water..also sleep on your left side..if it is not a muscular pain then ointment won't help much
