Having pain in one of my breast, even I have pumped milk out, it's hurting even when I touch it. Please suggest how to soothe pain?

I am not breastfeeding him... That's why pump milk out.. He was having jaundice.. Since the day i have stopped breastfeeding, he is better. Also suggest me if it's ok if I don't breast feed him.
