Having pregnancy of 16 weeks but pain in lower abdomen; as doctor says plasanta is on the lower side; advise

Shared some articles on placenta concerns. Do go through them.<br>
Also,i had low lying placenta.<br>
In major cases it movrs up with time if it is low lying in early days of pregnancy. So dont worry but do tkcr.<br>
No lifting heavy objects or sitting standing wuth force/thud, no heavy movements.
My doc even advised to avoid walking unescessarily.<br>
