If the pain is too severe once consult your doctor as sometimes it can be solved by treatment..also try to do hot sikai and apply ointments like balm etc..you must take rest, divert your mind and take something hot like tea..also you can heat some gud in ghee and add little ajwain and saunf to it.. talking that helps the flow and reduces pain..also gives some energy....also take pillow support..that helps
