Hb level in first month of pregnancy 11.8...hb level in 8th month of pregnancy 9.7...iron supplements doesn't suit me..changed many times..taking home made juice of 3-4 anaar daily..pls tell me is there anything to worry??..9.7 is very low... @Dr Shilpitha Singh @Dr Payal M
mam iron chadhane ki jarurat to ni padegi na..m not taking any iron supplememts
