Healthy eating and regular exercise is the key. I have Incorporated a regime where in I give myself 35 mins of workout time daily. Yoga and brisk walking and light jogging is what I do to get those sweat glands work their magic. Also have two leave of neem to purify blood and try and have ginger, mint cucumber, lemon water to detox. At the same time, I make sure my "eat out food" is restricted to only once max twice a month ..
