Seema apko vegetables, fruits,dry fruits ye sab apni diet me shamil karna hai.<br> Aap ek sath kuch mat khaiye thoda gap dekar khaiye thoda thoda karke.<br> Or jo apke doc ne iron or calcium ki tablet di hai vo khaiye daily.

Fruits, protein meal, aur good amount of water.. kabhi khali pet zyada der mat rahiye.. aur rest karna zaruri he..
