Dear you can have a veggies daliya for dinner.. I suppose you are at 30 weeks and not wanting to have regular Indian roti sabji..daal chawal as that is really helathy..if cooked with less oil and spice...other good options are having a soup and salad.. you can also have macroni with vegetables..or an oats khichdi..
