Healthy Ragi Panacakes! I made this for my one year old last night and it went down so well. I am sharing it here for the benefit of all.
Ingredients-
1/2 cup ragi.
1/2 cup whole wheat flour.
Pinch of baking soda.
1 tbsp organic sugar or jaggery.
1 egg.
1 cup milk.
To make -
A. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
B. Beat an egg and fold it into the dry ingredients.
C. Gradually add milk and beat lightly to combine well. The consistency should be a little thick.
D. Heat a griddle, oil and ladle a spoonful at a time. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 min on each side.
E. Serve with honey.
