Heavy pain in under the stomach.....m running 36+3 day.....what should I do... doctor said wait till next week then deliver

If the pain is a constant then it is due to the weight of the baby and the head pressing into the pelvis. However if the pain is coming and going and has a regular pattern it could be early labor and you must visit the doctor. Rest and have plenty of fluids and see if the cramps subside.

try walking, changing position ... pain is because baby is now almost full size and ready to come out. Most likely you are having braxton-hicks (false labour) contractions. if you start having regular contractions only then it is true labour (you can read about signs of this). if pain is unbearable, you can ask doctor to induce normal delivery - but I would suggest you bear it as long as you can and wait for real labour pain. induced delivery is always more painful than natural process
