Breastfeeding baby's usually do poop 1 in day.... sometimes poop late 2-3-4 days....so don't worry....if regularly doing watery poop . please consult with doctor

Watery poop with bubbles and grainy appearance is normal for a baby who is exclusively breast fed. Mucus should be seen by the doctor. If baby is exclusively breast feeding it's normal to pass poop with every urine as well.

Hi Palak! Baby's poop a lot and watery is very normal. But mucus isnt. My baby was also 2&#160; months when i saw mucus. When i took baby to the dr. she advised to test the stool to detect infection. It was very mild and dr advised it would gradually go away. It happens for new borns. Please monitor and see if baby is in discomfort. If there is mucus do show your pedeatrician.
