thanks for the tag @6372d3a53f31520016a69f57 :-) hey chaitra! congratulations on your baby. yeah you can start with gentle walking to begin with. don't do any other exercises now cos even. if your stitch feels fine externally, the internal healing will take atleast 3 months to heal a bit. start with 15 minutes walking twice a day and see how you feel. Do it for a week and if you feel good then you can increase the time. 30 minutes twice a day is great. Don't be in a hurry to reduce the tummy. It will take time. Your body took 9 months to give birth. Give it atleast that much time to get better :-) Your body will lose weight overall and then the belly will start reducing. As you start feeling better you can include 1 kg weights or 1 litre bottles in your walking routine and do some arm raises for more benefit. Breastfeed as much as you can. It will help a lot with reducing your weight. Control your portion sizes. Just because you are bf doesn't mean you have to eat for 2 people. Have 6 small meals. Include dry fruits, sprouts, eggs in your diet. Abdominal workouts can be done after 6 months. Monitor your weight regularly. And don't forget to have fun :-)
