It is normal to not make milk for the first forty eight to seventy two hours. But please feed your baby every two hours to improve the Stimulation. The more you Stimulate the faster the milk production can start and you will also have a good supply. Small or big nipples does not make a difference neither does small or big breast. Just ensure that your nipples are not flat. Ask your doctor to check.

hi dipika, nipple chote hai, aisa kuch nahi hota... andar toh nahi gaye hue na... aap bas haath ke pehle do ungliyon se aage keechkar nipple aur uske baajo ke hissa bhi baby ke muh mein pakdao... baby aur maa ko breastfeeding seekhne mein kuch din lag jaatein hai.. baby jab suck karega toh milk aajayega..
