hello All
I go for a walk in the eveing for about 25 to 30 min max.I cannot walk more than this...not becoz i get tired but I feel some kind of pain or heaviness in my abdomen, which is why i cannot walk more..Is it normal ? Though the pain goes away once i eelax for five mints..Should i continue walking or i shoudnt becoz of the pain.

yeah it happens. it's normal too. bcoz u r carrying baby weight around ur belly nd while walking gravity continuasly pulls it downwards which causes heaviness. u doing it ryt. take rest when u feel uncomfortable nd then <u>again</u> u can continue untill u feel cmfrtable. but 1 hr walk a day is sufficient. no need to go more than that. <u>tc</u>

It happens.. Walk ke beech Mai gaps liya Karo... Hosake toh every meal ke bad 15 min walk Karo. Woh bhi kafi <u>hai</u>.. <br> Which means brkfast ke half n hr bad u can walk fr 15 min.. Thn lunch honeke half n bad.. 15 min walk.. N dinner ke bad half n hr roke 15 min walk <u>kare</u>

it is normal. take breaks in between of walks. walk as much as you can comfortably...
