I waited 5 months after my c sec to start. <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @61321b91c71eba0013440537 </b></font> is right go on walks and dont be in any rush. Your body needs time to normalise. Hope you and baby are doing <u>good</u>

wait till you complete six months.. you can go for brisk walk now..<br>
just eat healthy.. avoid sugary and fried items.. have lots of fluids.
