Hello All, I have a question, need suggestions. Post delivery I gained weight and I am very concerned abt this now. I am getting so many suggestions from everyone follow keto diet, follow Paleo diet.., but i am confused.., I want to do weight loss in a healthy way and normal diet plan..., Not by restricting so many foods from our regular routine... Pls help me with your suggestions... Is keto or Paleo is good to go with?

I don't think following any strict diet will help you....<br> You can schedule your work outs with baby... Do yoga ..pranayam... And go for running if possible early morning....drink lots of water.... Check out <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @63729cb62338f60015eaef4c </b></font> posts...you will get idea about what and how to do it...most important don't think about it more..the more you will think it will become <u>hard</u>
