Hello all! I have delivered normally 3.5 months back and currently breastfeeding my child. I am on maternity break and planning to join gym. Trainer suggested to do only normal exercises like treadmill ( not running), cycling, some strength training but not workouts which involves running or jumping like aerobics etc. Please suggest!

I think its too early dear..breast feeding anyways will help weight loss..if your doctor permits..then go ahead with light exercise..take more fluids..eat right!!
