Hello all!
I have delivered normally 3.5 months back and currently breastfeeding my child. I am on maternity break and planning to join gym. Trainer suggested to do only normal exercises like treadmill ( not running), cycling, some strength training but not workouts which involves running or jumping like aerobics etc. Please suggest!

I think its too early dear..breast feeding anyways will help weight loss..if your doctor permits..then go ahead with light exercise..take more fluids..eat right!!

Have not discussed with doctor yet. She is out of station. Day after tomorrow will be able to contact her
