@priya it pain after feeding.

This happens when the milk ducts get constricted and it feels like a spasm which shoots thru the breast especially when baby latches on. Using a warm water bag for a few minutes prior to latching the baby on can help.

try keeping a hot bag n feed Ur baby on both breasts every time .it may be coz of accumulation of milk.if u have too much pain try expressing the milk manually.if it persists please consult with the doctor

molish ur breast with oil.  n put some hot water while taking bath..
