Hello All.
I was working woman, currently in 8th month. Recently I took maternity leave as I am preparing for PhD exam which is scheduled on 19 Aug. Due to 9-6 working and now study, I was not able to do the exercise upto now. But during my working schedule I have used stairs only... My due date in 29sept... so could you pls suggest exercise that I can do now onwards... After 19 Aug I am totally free. Thank you in advance
