Hello All, I'm a working mom nd a have 8 months old baby. My milk supply has drastically reduces and I hardly get few drops when I pump breast milk. My baby is still depending on me for night feeds. She is unable to sleep peacefully as I see she is still hungry post feeding. She doesn't take formula feed at night and cries a lot and wakes up from sleep if I try to feed formula. Please suggest how to increase milk supply. I would like my baby to be fed with bm as much as possible. Please help.

Hi not necessarily the frequent waking up in the night means your supply has reduced . If you have exclusively breastfed till 6 months your supply will be well established and you don't have to worry. There are Growth spurts around this time hence she may get up and take feed. Evenings you can make Daliya porridge and drink, very effective.
