Even I was taking duphalac in my first trimester..  I used to take it once in a while though and not daily..  It really helped  and I didn't have any problem with the taste..

I understand ur plight.... don't worry as soon as the weeks progress the constipation will keep getting better... but continue having loads of fruits and dry fruits too....Tc of urself.&nbsp; &#128522;
