if u r asking belt for belly fat reduction then to be very honest it won't work at all...u have to do some exercises and yoga ..watch ur diet n that too u have a lot of time...u can tie ur time with saree at home which will help to reduce ur back pain as u might be sitting for long hours for feeding....
I used to tie tummy with saree, relieved backpain but I would feel pain in my vaginal stitches...

after my first csec my maalishwali told me to try the traditional abd tying- she literally tied an entire saree around my waist n lower back with a thin ropelike belt-- so tightly tht my back and posture wud b straight fr the next few hrs. it ws quite helpful fr my back. i did it fr abt 1-2 months or so.
but my gynec asked me to exercise to lose the belly flab n not use a belt or anything. so i didnt do it fr my second delivery.
generally it is advised to support belly and back after any big surgery . not sure if you need it after normal delivery as well please check with doctor. mine was c section and it worked for me .
