yes, no pacifier plz. it is very harmful. Charu gave us the perfect idea. keep expressed milk ready for such times. also, it helps to keep a schedule. so, for example if your children get hungry every 3 hours, so at 2 hours 55 minutes, pick one up and start feeding. you will be done in 5-10 minutes and then you can pick the other. it is important to schedule feed so your kids get food before they get cranky and upset.

Hi Dhara. Even I have twins and have passed through this stage. It certainly is a tough situation when you can't feed both the babies together and have to pick one at a time. I would suggest, take as much help as possible from family, husband or domestic helps. The baby who is more hungry pick that baby first. I used to express my milk and keep it ready in a bottle for times like this. While I used to feed one baby the other used to get fed through bottle via another family member. However, if you don't want to introduce bottles at all, let other family member distract that baby through some other means. Try not to give pacifiers coz your babies are too small and pacifiers are a major source of infections and gastric problems. Also try not to make your kids dependent on pacifiers otherwise they won't come out of its habit.. Babies feeds after 3 months are more spaced out so gradually things will become easier for you. For now, go with the flow and give your best.

I would suggest please do not use pacifier especially when they are hungry it creates a lot of gas and it will be more trouble to kids as well as you. Please take family's help. If you are only BF them. incase you are also on formula then do it alternatively.
