Dear all plz give ur suggestions
My house is not sun facing, and therwe is no sun exposure for my lil one till now, will it harm my baby? Will it lead to vit D deficiency in baby? During this vaccination consult our pedretic suggested us vitD drops for our baby even we hv not discuss about sun exposure,should I give it before 6 months or wait till six months?
Plz reply,should we take him outside; in morning sunlight?

Yes vit D drops are necessary till age of 1 year. adequate exposure to;sunlight;are not at risk for developing vitamin D deficiency.pls start givg drops to baby.

My son is on vitamin D drops from the very beginning.. vit D drops are necessary till 1 year of age... Start now. And no exposure to sun light won't harm...
