are these marks long and thread like on the calf muscles or are these marks elevated like you can press them and their coming back also is it painful for your wife to touch them if all these things are yes then i will advise you to see your gynecologist because this can be deep vein pulling are also known as patent venous veins which increase in pregnancy so i will advise you to bed rest more so that the pressure on the legs can be reduced and keep a pillow beneath your legs to elevate the legs on a level
