Hello doctor

I'm 8 week pregnant and I'm first ultrasound cyst with size 24-20 mm was seen. Doctor advised me for complete bed rest as I feel pain in right side of abdomen. Doctor prescribe me a tablet named DUPHASTON 10mg which has to be taken twice daily. I am feeling worried.Is there any problem for which the medicine is given to me.
