Hello doctor usually wen I have to take iron nd calcium tablet til 8 month I used to take iron in nyt calcium in mng now i ve moved to mom home changed the hospital she changed the timings iron in the afternoon calcium in nyt ryt now following dis is it OK?
Yeah I <u>too</u> followed what Dr . Shilpitha said taking Iron after BF and calcium after Dinner. I have no issues.

yes it is actually right because iron tabs causes severe gastritis, if you consume in night it will cause more abdominal discomfort.. its better to take in morning or noon...
