Hello Doctors, my baby is now 63days old.

I still Face vaginal gas feeling. My delivery bleeding and spotting was stopped by 36th day.. today after so many days again spotted blood stains on my undergarment. Is it periods? Since was advised to clean from outside due to vaginal gas.. was advised to clean externally only... Please advise if I should finger inside to clean the area internally or wait for proper blood stains to confirm if it is periods?
