yes it does.since I had a cesarean my stitches used to hurt because of hanging tummy. so the belt held the belly n avoided strain on the stitches. but it does not bring back tone or anything. u will have to core strengthening exercises to gain a flatter tummy.

abdominal belt is used to support the belly after any major surgery . you can use till you are recovered.  it helped me and easily available in  medical stores .

It does provide back support but it can't reduce your belly fat .  U can get it from mom and me store or online at Amazon..

hii smita... Abdominal belt can help with back support...it helps in back pain too.. although doesn't help much with reducing tummy...  You can get one from mother care outlets...
