is it safe to continue calceria phos 6x for toddlers?

I was based in Bangalore and my twins used to have frequent cold/ cough. now I moved to NCR and it's reduced drastically. I fear moving back, my children health will deteriorate again. is there any medicine I can give to build their system so that Bangalore environment doesn't trouble them?
