hello Dr Bhavi Mody.. my baby is three months old and he shakes his left leg for a second in intervals while feeding him and sometimes otherwise also. please help me to understand whether it's normal?

meri beti abhi 25 days ki hai jab wo hue tab us ka wt 4 kg tha n uske hat pair kap rahe the to dr ne bola ki uski sugar kam Ho gae hai.....aur abhi bhi kabhi kabhi wo aisa hi karti hai to ye normal hai ki mai dr se ek bar consult karu plz help me mam
