Dr I'm 6 month pregnancy is going on so and I'm underweight around 40 kg and also I'm weak by health so pls suggest me diet chart so I can improve my health and baby also

Rani congratulations on your pregnancy but as you are saying that your very weak it is important that you eat every 2 hours a very good diet with good amount of fat carbohydrates and proteins is very essential for you have more of green leafy vegetables to make sure you have a banana everyday and include lot of ghee in your diet as well

Eat a well balanced diet, eat protein rich foods like beans, rajma, peas, lentils, legumes, green, sprouts to help you gain Weight. Hope your baby’s scan reports are normal.
