Aapko kamse Kam 6 weeks rest karna chaiye,  khud ka aur baby ke kaam kare sirf ghar ke kaamo ke liye family members ki help le.  Stairs naa chade,  heavy cheeze naa uthana,  jyada jhukna nhi, khane pene ka khayal rakhe,  veggies,  fruits khaye. Second baby ke time pe normal delivery ho sakta hai lekin chances Kam hote hai dusre baby ke liye zayada time le.  Stress free rahe,  bache ko Bf Kare aapke aur baby dono ke health ke liye acha rahega.  All d bst and happy motherhood 😃

hi...congrats dear...ab apko bauhat zayda rest ki zarooth hai. aap kuch bhi kha&#160; sakthae ho. paani zaaya piina. milk , curd and calcium rich food lena. iron rich food&#160; jaise ki green vegetables,&#160; spinach , drumstick leaves, black beans, dried fruits etc lena. aap thoda thoda walk karsakthae hai...stairs climb karana acha nahi hai ...weight uttana bhi nahi chahiyae... garam pani se nahana acha hai. mutivitamin , calcium or iron supplements lena.. chances of vaginal delivery after csection is less and very risky...rite nw its not d issue. take care of urself and baby. maintain good&#160; hygiene.. before and&#160; gvin baby milk wash ur breast wit water ..take care of the stitches..do not wet them... daily clean with savlon or dettol and apply cream gvn by doctor...avoid sweating in tat area...any pain discharge from stitches show <u>doctor</u>

first c-section hai toh second normal hone ke chances bahut kam hai, risky hota hai... apne aap ka khayal rakhneke baare mein - 6 weeks tak bilkul rest chahiye. apne baby se zyads heavy aur koi cheeze 3 months tak nahi uthaba hai, aur nahi seediyan chadna. khane oily, spicy aur junk food bilkul avoid karna. baki sab aap kha sakte ho, vegetables aur fruits ache se lena. 3 ltr pani roz peena. apne stitch ka khayal rakhna, waha paseena ya geelapan nahi rehna chahiye, waha par pochne jeliye alag sa clean kapda use karo. roz jitna hi sake utna walk karo.... take care dear...
